Message	you asked a quesion, you got dozens of replies. if you don't like them, i think you might be asking the wrong question. but for the fact that at the end you put that all input is appreciated, right? its easy. watch. call the local places you were talking about, and ask if they can order them. i've done this plenty of times. find the right person. i talk to a guy that i used to work with at a honda dealership to get parts for my nissan. because he has his own connections. and if you need to order then SO bad, go to the website of wherever yo'ure going to order them from, find the little link that says "contact us" or "contact info" call them up and ask "hey, can you deliver it to a local shop rather than my house?". or if i wanted to be a real dick, i'd tell you to order a set of rims with them. that way they'll be mounted and balanced when they're shipped.
